‘The Washington Fost", a daily newspaper published
in Washington, D, C., in ite iseue of August 1, 1963, on
page Bl, carried an article entitled, "Black Muslim Tension
Eases at Reformatory",. This article refers to the Black Muslims
who were inmates at the Lorton Reformatory, Lorton, Virginia.
in relation to the barring of Malcolm X from the reformatory,
District of Columbia Assistant Corporation Counsel, James Cashman,
etated that the subject was refused entry to the reformatory,
not &8 @ religious figure, but ag a convicted felon and an
"Incendiary" who might provoke a breach of peace,
