On that date subject did visit the reformatory and heldan NOX meeting there. No incidents resulted therefrom, ; The June 29, 1963, edition of “The UVashington Post, contained an article which reflected that Director DONALD CLEUNER, District of Columbia, Department of Correction, had ruled that MALCOLM X, of the NOI did not qualify to conduct services for Muslim inmates at the reformatory in Lorton, Virginia.
