RESTRICTED Witness was getting out of his car when he observed one dise flying in a Southwesterly direction over Portland. Disc was aluaimum in color and traveled at terrific speed - faster than any object witnees had ever seen - It left no vapor trail or smoke trail. usumn, Estimated cltituie approx 30,000 ft. Thought the dise was definitely Some type of aircraft but cold not give further description as made observation difficult. No sound was heard from the flying object. He thought it ered radio-controlled becsuse the dise could chcnge direction at a 90° angle without difficulty. i i & be of & = -
