he intended to be an observer in Cairo at the
meeting of 33 African nations belonging to the
organization of African Unity. According to the
article, MALCOLM planned to lobby to get these
leaders to take the question of the treatment
of Negroes in America to the United Nations. He
also planned another trip to Mecca and intended
to obtain M.sl m religious support in his quarrel
with the Nation of Islam.
