The Spring, 1964, issue of "Freedomways" is self- described as "A Quarterly Review of the Negro Freedom Move- ment" oubliished by Freedomways Associates, Incorporated, 799 Esxoasway, New York City. On Mey 24, 1961, a source advised that a report was given on "Freedomways" at a meeting of the National Board, Communist Party, USA (CPUSA), held on May 24, 1961.
