Mr. DERMODY stated that Justice CHARLES MARKS — set 4/14/66 for sentencing. He further stated that 1f BUTLER, JOHNSON and HAYER are sentenced to life imprisonment, as is mandatory for murder in the first degree, the tric would have to serve a minimum of 26 years 8 months before they will be eligible for parole.
