EL SHABAZZ, 23-11 97th Street, Queens, iiew York, born
May 19, 1925, at_Nevraske, Father, E! LITLE, Movner,
LOUISE HELEN, died on February 21, 1965. The Death
Certificate reflected that on February 21. 19£5, Dr.
MILTON HELPERN, M.I., Chief Medical Examiner, City
of New York, certified that the death of HMALCCLM X
was caused by multiple shotgun slugs and bulles
wotnds of th ones heart and aorta.. H
