A: Well, there was no commotion. There was no--he was just
seated there at the table.
Q: Alone?
.A: No. I remember Mr. Richards being in the immediate vicin-
ity and also another gentleman.
Q: Was it Mr. Moore?
A: Moore. Stan Moore, risht.
Q@: And did you have a conversation at that time? .
A: At that point, no. I went directly to the door of the room
where he was. It was locked. I think he told Joe Gargan that he
