• AFFIDAVIT I, ....... 1 ___ ----' being duly sworn, hereby depose and swear: 1. I am a Special Agent (SA) with the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), United States Department of Justice. I have been an FBI agent for thirteen years. I am currently assigned to b6 the Major Case squad of the Los Angeles Field Office which investigates, among other things, threats received through the mail. This affidavit is made in support of a criminal complaint charging 1 l with violation of Title 1B, United States Coder Section B76: mailin9 threatening communications. 2. On July B, 1992, Holly Beckner, Deputy City Attorney, Los Angeles City Attorney's Office, told me the following: a.
