MILLER has attributed his information to conversations
which he overheard or participated in during his dealings
with various Klansmen in Lauderdale and Neshoba Counties.
He denies that he participated in the activities which he
describes, is able to vouch to the activities only to the
degree he knows of no reason why erroneous information
would be given to him. Based on our investigations to .
date, it is possible that his description of these events Ur
is accurate. We have had no reason to challenge his <
credibility. The information he has furnished concerning |
Klan activities which we have been able to check has been _/
accurate. er tt
