He stated that he had arranged to confer at 2:00 p.m., Sunday, 9-27-64, at Carthage, Mississippi, with U. S&S Attorney Hauberg, Biloxi, Mississippi; Judge Barnett, Eighth Judicial District, State of Mississippi; W. H.
