Attorney Sobert Heuberg is also present at the proceedings. t talked with Sullivan concerning the developments and he said that we do not kmow the attitude of the jurors as a result of personal o>servation as we have no one in the orand jury but insofar as the attorneys are concerned, the croup in Biloxi are diligent and we cennot complain about the quality of their effort.
