JAMES THOMAS HARRTS HARRIS identified by JAMES JORDAN ermal s being present at Akin'ts Trailer Court the nigh of June 21, 1964, Prior to this time, HARRIS reportedly was at the Longhorn Cafe with FRANK HERNDON when PREACHER KILLEN came to the Cafe and informed them that the three civil rights workers were in custody in Philadelphia, Mississippi, and that a job was going to be done on them, HARRIS reportedly made some telephone calls from the Longhorn to recruit fellow Klansmen for the job,
