CRIMINAL NO, 5215 CESIL RAY PRICE, JAMES E, JORDAN, ET AL This day this cause came on for hearing on request of the deferdart, Jares E. Jordan, for a waiver of trial ard for transfer of the said cause as to James E. Jordan from the Southern Diztrict cf Mississippi to the Northern District of Georgia for a plea of guilty cz nolo contendere, and it appearing unts the Court rhat James E. Jordan was duly arrested in the Northern District of Georgia and has consented to disposition of said cause against him in the district in which he +as arrested, and the United States Attorneys fer each of said districts have approved said transfer, the Court is of the. opinion and finds that said cause as to Jares E. Jordan should be transferred in accord- ance with Rule iC sf the Rulea of Criminal Frocedure. It is, therefore, ordered that the Clerk of the United States District Court for the Southern District of Missis- sippi be ard she is hereby acuthcrized to transmit by United States mail certified copies of the original papers in this roceedirgs as they pertain to James E.
