It is su,zested that Lf this nevs-aper doas contain articles and editerisls of interest in this investigation, tiesa should be reviewed and sumasrized for the benefit of other Fleld Divisions. I[t does not appear that it will be necessary to send photographs of the conplete newspaper to each Field Division as it would be necessary to review them in each Field Division and thereoy result in a dupiicstion of work. Regarding the use of the photographic copies of the newspaper : for evidentiary purposes, it appears that the originale would be the best evidence and therefore siould be availacle for trinsmittal to any Field Mvision where it nay become destrable to Introduce then in evidence, iaterial such as the "Koran" and other records of the association sliovuld ‘Sr. Teteon be similarly handled.
