SEEPS Was again interviewed by the writer at the
Cleveland Field Division. It was noted on this occasion that he was wear.

he had gone to the Tenple three or four months before joining it, he ad-
mitted he was not a member when he registered for the Selective Service in
October, 1946.

Cleveland in 1928 and that in January, 1941, he started going to
the Temple regularly. BEY advised that prior tc association with
the MOORISH SCTENCE TE had attended a Moorish Church in the vicin~
ity of 75th and Woodland, However, he did not like that or,anizetion as
they wanted him to use an ancient Moslem name, He stated that the MOORISH
SCIENCL TUMPLE was the religion he wanted. He advised that upon reading
the Koran, he became fully "conscious". He advised that the Moorish Amer-
icans who are not members of the MCORISH SCIENCE TEMPLE are not conscious
and are mentaiiy dead.
