The Comittee on Labor and In- dustry shall seek ways and means of improving the status of colered people in labor, industry and agriculture. (f) EDUCATION. The Committee on Education shall study local educational conditions affecting colored penple, It ehali aim to be a center of papular education on the race question and the work of the National Asso-iation, It shall seek to stimulate attendance of colored youth im schoo’s and shall visit the schools so as to keep informed vo? conci*ions and strive to correct abuses where found. (g) ENTERTAINMENTS, The Committee on Entertainmey.s shall have charge of entertainments of such kind as shail be approved by the Exccutive Committee, (h) YOUTH COUNCIL AND JUNIG WORK, The Comittee on Youth Council and Junior Work shall consisy of the Senior Branch Ad- viser to the Youth Council, The Senicr Branch adviser to the {——___———"Funior Youth Council; the Youth tonal Prisident; a ard the Junior Youth Council President. The mewbership of this Comni- ttee may be increased by the Branch Executive Committee to seven members. The Committee on Youth Council sand Junior Work shall be responsible to the Branch Executive Committee. Its duties shall be to develop the youth program of the Branch and to coordinate the programs of the senior and youth groups, Section 3 Members of the Executive Committee and of the several standing committees shall hold office for one year and until their successors are elected and qualify.
