elementary and high school levels.

treatment of Negroes in the armed services and a campaign
for their whole integration into all branches of the services.
Removed barriers depriving Negroes of the ballot
and expansion of the Negro vote.

of a Negro to occupy any property he owns or leases without in-
terfcrence by any governmental agency.

Supreme Court re-affirming the rights guaranteed to all Americans
by the Constitution.
