I watn you to stop planning it. we are planning to sabotage the march in case you do it. it will include several bombi assassination [sic]. we obtained many info. about your boss. including her address, phone, ssn, gq. eliminate . i ou do not follow this suggestion, we will The IP address[_ sd’ recolvess to the rsity of Central.Oklahoma (UCOK), 100.North University _Box..122,,. Edmond: OK; 73034-5209.. The Coordinator at UCOK, was immediately contacted by the FBI and indicated that he would place a “sniffer" on the www.now.org site and the www.worldmarch.org site. This sniffer was supposed to alert the computer staff at UCOK when one of the users attempted to access NOW's webpage. However, the staff was not alerted when NOW received eleven additional threatening / violent E-mails on April 4, 2000 and April 7, 2000 from numerous IP addresses, ail of which resolved to the University of Central Oklahoma. ee the FBI Oklahoma City interviewed of the University of Central Oklahoma and he indicated that the UCOK staff was not willing to put in place any procedures, i.e. sign-ons or passwords, to attempt to identify computer users nor were they willing to set up a surveillance of the computers which had been used to transmit the threats. Furthermore, he indicated that they had not initiated any type of measure to identify any possible suspects. The World March of Women 2000 will be held in Washington DC on October 15, 2000 from 11:00am until 4:00pm. The purpose of this March is to demand an end to poverty and violence against women. NOW is the primary organizer for the March which will start at Freedom Plaza in DC and will end at the Ellipse.
