[| __lis a self-proclaimed anti-gay, anti-minority, and anti-women rights advocate. Subject created the "hate" web-site in 1/1999, which originally focused on homosexuals. This site evolved over the years into an anti-~women rights and anti-minority web-site as well. is unemployed and supplements his extra time with watching television and "surfing" the Internet. A television news report is what tri evedl | to send the above mentioned e- mails to NOW. is primarily motivated to send hate e-mails after watching the news or reading an article on the Internet that he disagrees with. admitted that he sent hate e-mail to the parents of He also has used|___ ___|to hate postcards to random people. e-mails to NOW were explained as being generic. The verbiage was cut and pasted from his web-site, which he considers a generic hate site, and was not specifically written for the women at NOW. .
