Police Department (MPD), Room 108 City Hall, Minneapolis,
Minnesota 55415, telephone number was advised of the
identity of the interviewing Agent and of the nature of the
interview. He provided the following information:

On December 26th, 1995[__—|again contacted the
Minneapolis Police Department (MPD) to advise that he had
‘received a threatening letter in the mail.

possession of the [etter received by the envelope in
which the letter was enclosed, and a copy of the message left on
answering service. The letter and envelope have been
sent to the MPD Crime Lab for evidence analysis/fingerprint
analysis. Sergeant further advised that a trap and trace
has not been placed on telephone.
