set by WFO (referenced WF case serail 8) The received by
WFO contains a copy of the 12/26/1995 to The b6
copy appears to have been transmitted by facsimile to MP on bIC
02/21/1996 by MPD and the faxed copy is. retained in referenced MP
case 1A-2. MP completed an FD-71 regarding the threatening
letter on 12/26/1995 which is also included in the referenced MP
case file. The FD-71 summary contains the exact written content
of the letter except for a five letter acronym in the title of
the signatory between "King Fahd's Militia" and "Sons of Islam."
WFO is unable to decipher the acronym due to the poor quality of
the copy, possibly due in part to its reproduction through the
facsimile and photocopying processes. MP is requested to examine
the faxed copy it has in 1A-2 to accurately decipher the five
letter acronym. If MP's faxed copy in 1A-2 is unreadable, it is
requested that MP seek the original evidence from MPD, or a early
generation copy of the letter that may be included in the MPD
case file. From the original, or an earlier generated copy of the
original, MP should attempt to decipher the acronym. If the
original evidence still exists at MPD, and they are willing to
release the items, WFO will be willing to accept receipt of those
items which MP has copies of in 1A-2.
Once the acronym has been accurately deciphered, MP
should run logically queries of the acronym with the Minnesota
Department of Public Safety, MPD and through public sources
revealing individuals, groups or organizations utilizing the
acronym within MP's territory.
WFO is additionally requesting that MP obtain from MPD
complete information regarding the incident, or incidents, which
lead to
WFO 1s specifically seeking the names of the
victims, witnesses, suspects and/or complainants which initiated
the incident. Additionally, the names included in any reporting

information.
