COMMENTS OF THE UNITED STATES DEPARTMENTS OF JUSTICE AND HOMELAND SECURITY L Introduction The United Siates Department of Justice (‘DOS’)! and the United States Department of Homeland Security (“DHS”Y (collectively, “the Depariments”) hereby submit these comments on the Commussion’s Notice of Proposed Rulemaking (“Notice”) in the above-captioned docket.’ The Departments submit these comments to assist the Commission in tts development of further rules protecting the privacy of customer !
