The information is being provided to vou for whatever action you deem appropriate in accordance with your agency's policy and regulations. A copy of your findings and/or fina) action is not required by the OIG. This matter is referred to your agency for investigation. Please provide the OIG with a copy of your final report on this matter. This compiaint will be investigated by the OIG. IMPORTANT NOTICE Identifying information may have been redacted trom the atlached OFG Report/Referral pursuant to § 7 of the HG Actor because an individual has (a) requested confidentiality or (b}) expressed a fear of reprisal.
