SECRET l am working on getting the situation corrected at this time. [Jour CDC brought up the “overcollection” issue since it has been in the news. | am not supposed to use these records[ i submitted another NSL to ask for the records again. —_ The problem | am running into now - is the records are not exactly the same bo b7Cc _ the EC and resubmit another without b2 : compliance with not “overcollecting.” as not . referenced in any other ECs associated with my case. The second serial | wrote has to do with | got the same results from the second NSL results are off by 8 hours - which probably has to do with ho bl captures it - whether itis GMT or PST. | asked San Francisco to check with b7D Jon the times - so | will know if the times reported in my original EC b6 are correct. If they are not, | can charge out that EC and fix the times._If you BIC think | should charge it anyways. since | wasn't supposed to have those records at that time - | can do that and resubmit another EC with the same information, but dated later.
