Approximately three weeks ago, [_was telephoned by an individual with a heavy mid-eastern accent who said he was interested in buying 16 East Minimart from him. [_]did not want to give out information over the telephone so he asked the individual to come by. The individual has not come by to talk with him but [| ___]elieves him to be one of the individuals recorded on video tape at his store on 4/18/95. This individual stated he was in Bentonville, Arkansas and would be down in Fayetteville soon to talk with[_}. At 9:léam[_—C Jprovided writer the original video tape for 4/18/95. These two individuals first came into the store at 6:08pm and left at 6:18. The second time they came was 6:34pm and left at 6:45pm. The video displays the time in a 24 hour format and these two sequences are located at 18:08:42 and 18:34:49 respectively. I!
