The basis of the association is that belongs to a paramilitary group loosely known as "OPFOR" which is a military acronym for "Opposing Force" or "Opposition Force", This group consist of approxmitaly forty individuals and is led by a retired Army Captain who is a VietNam veteran. This group normally "plays" the part of Russian soldiers during training periods with the Michigan National Guard and/or the U.S. Army Reserve. characterized[__——sijass “out in left and stated that there was something strange about him bv*. not be specific. He also stated that[ — Jwas intelli that he never made any racial or ethnic comments of a nec nature to him or to any of his associates.
