One person in the audience took up a collection of money. Approximately $150 to $200 was collected. [told about the Citizen Rule book. It was described about jury duty, saying that as a jurist it was your right to determine if the law was correct and not necessarily the person on trial. He stated that local police worked for a Mayor and Council and the county worked for the people. He stated everyone needed to support because he was sponsoring a bill to carry handguns, House Bill 64. He stated his group would start meeting at Ryan's RESTAURANT, I-240 & ednesday of each month.
