Richessin states tint hei assigned Agent Henderson, who [appraised this property, and that later, as he recalls, Mr. Scott Mathias, who ig was then trustee for the deceased owner of this property, came to his office 4 company with John Ramsey, and a lease was consumated in favor of John Ramsey ‘gfor the above property, same being allotment #162.
