"Theat I formerly lived in Fairfax, Okla., and was employed at the Silver
Moon Cafe, working there during the years of 1921, 1922 and 1922; that
while working at the Silver Moon Cafe in Fairfax during the winter of .
1922 and 1923, I saw John Ramsey and Henry Roan in the gilver yoon Gafe 7
on different occasions; that during the month of Janusry,1923, I saw
