In- formant hss made no conveyance of real property, or contracts in regard thereto with Homer Ramsey, son of subject Jonn Hamsey. - PENDING - DETAILS; . - At Ponca City, Oklahoma ~' Arriving at Ponca City, Okla., I found in the telephone directory a numoeFr, of_persons by the name of Sol oni. However, I fjhally ascertained that the only per- doni, residing at 815 West Highland, son by the name of Imert Soldoni is one HE. A, Upon interview, this inforagnt stated as follows; That he had not sold any real estate recently, neither by deed of convayance or contract of sale. The only sale of real estate made by informant was that of nis former residence, which he sold about June 28, 1926 to Mr. MeOracxen, Tax Adjuster, of the Marland O11 Company. iIn-= formant is now renting his present residence and does not own any real estate in Ponca City, Oxla, - 2 - At Newkirk, Olclshoma - DETAILS: Proceeding to Newkirk, I arranged with the County Clarx of ERy County to open the offica ond permit me to check up my information on the land records, I as- certained the following facts: The only conveyance made by Bnert A.
