short time before Hale was transferred from Federal prison and he (Egan) a few minute
later talked to these prisoners, names unimown, and they had told him that Hale was i
going to beat hie case this time by fixing Earnest Burkhart through his (Burkhart 's]
attorney, ty having Burkhart to forget some of the things he had said at previous
trial, etc, In fact, they had Burkhart fixed and Hale would beat case this way,
