GUSTAFSON had promised Agent Weakley her husband is out of town at Fort Smith and that WALTER GRAY and LEAHY “working on the ease, and that GUSTAFSON himself would be in there work-| ing on the case sometime the following week, age wot ‘> MRS. GUSTAFSON informed Agent further that LEAHY, McDONALD and GRAY were not representing the relatives or representatives of the de- eeased, but were outsiters.
