informent that he, BRYAN BURKHART, drove to Ralston, OKla. with ANNIE
BROWN in the Buick touring car belonging to ERNEST BURKHART: that at
Ralston, Okla. they stopped a short time and then drove west to the pel * :

at this rosdhouse until about 10 P. W.; that upon leaving the roadhouss
BRIDGES and BRYAN BURKHART drove in the Buick car north until a mile or
so-weat of Burbank and then turned east and went into Burbank and
through Burbank two miles to a oorner where a roadhouse was also situa-
ted, and then another one mile to another roadhouse situated at what is
known as Shotgun Corners, . 533
That BRYAN BUREHART atated that at this first roadhouse near the . : i
Belford Bridges, ANNI BROWN left BRYAN BURKHART and went with the 3
other party in the other car. That when BRYAN BURKHART ané his unole, 254
BRIDGES, arrived at the Shotgun Corners roadhouge, they fourd ANNIE *
BROWN and the other party also there. sy
That BRYAN SJREHART atated that both parties stayed at this Shot-
gun Corners roadhouse (which wae then run by PAUL JOHNS, and whioh will
be hereinafter referred to as "“Johns' roadhouse) until about 1 A. Me; :
that at 1 A. M. Sunday, May 22, 1921 ERNEST BURKHART and hia uncle,
