Dec. 27th. agents interviewed ROY BUNCH, County Jail, Bnid, Okla. ROY, BUNCH talked freely and stated that he is serving a Six-months Federal Benternce on a whiskey ccnvietion; that he has another such sentence and conviction, pendong on appeal, and that | his wife has also a Similar conviction and sentence on appeal. (Tt will te recalled that the present MRS. ROY GUNCE was the wife of HENRY ROAN at ths time RoAN was killed, and that she married RCY BUNCH a few days or weeks after her husband Was murdered ROY BUNCH stated to us that he had never told BILL BRYanuT or anyone else that he, BUNCH, knew witresses who saw BOS, PAREER and Sax TULK following HENRY ROAN the day RCAN disappeared ani near the spot where ROAN'S body and gar were afterward foun: that what he did hear and state was that some persons at Burbank, Okla. had seer §4)' TULY and BOB PARKEP chasing ERNRY ROAM out of Burbank some time before ROsN'S body was found.
