It is noted further that LATTIMORE has in the past identified himself With Communist front groups, has associated with known Communists as well as with persons suspceted of being engagcd in uespionage activities. He was in- volved to some cxtent in the PHILIP JAFFE investigation and was a known contact of soveral subjects im the Gregory case.
