has just been received from the State Department, Washington, to / .-;
issue him a new passport. The British Home Office has been re- /~
luctant to grant PAUL and his wife a further stay in the United
Kingdom until such time as PAUL obtained a valid travel document.
It appears the riew passport will be issued shortly, therefore the
British Home Office will voice no oppogjtion to have PAUL and ESLANDA
