We eut these tapes in hie suite at the Netherland Hotel, Cincinnati, and they will be broadcast February 20 and 21. Consequently the Bureau should move all 7 scheduled broadcasts commencing with the proposed February 20 ot broadcast two days into the future. Kindly record SAC speech credit for these two tapes.
