The letter further advises that the bullet removed fren Kluthets head was apparently identical with a number of cartridges found in Kluthets overcoat pocket, and that five of these cartridges were missinc from the box of builets in the pocket. Further that the bullets found in the pocket were so water soaked that it had been impossible to make a conm- parison test of the revolver which was previously mentioned.
