In that application, the subject stated he was born September 1908 st Yatchez, Missisaippi, and maintains his residence at rue Monsieur Le Frince, Paris, France. He indicated he hes resided out- sice the Unitec States as follows: Frence (Ney, 19146 to December, 1916) France (August, 1947 to August, 1949) Arcentina and France (September, 1949 to date) Subject stated that he considers Paris, France to be his legal residence and indicated thet the date of his return to the United States is indefinite. Subject indicated he was last married at Coytesville, New Jersey on March 12, 1941 to FREDA POFLOWICZ, who was born September 3, 1912 at New York, New Yorn. Subject listed his father eas NATHAN WRIGHT, born about 1879 in Mississippi and his mother as ELLA WILSON, born about 1851 in Kississippi. He stated the present whereabouts of his father et unlmown, end that his mother resently resides in Chicez eferences: that he desired a passport to permit him to visit France and other cowmtries for the purpose of travel and business. On February 21, 1955, the Department of State authorized the American Embassy, Faris, to issue a passport to the subject. -5-
