According to the Command Post at Andrews, the Attorney General's plane was scheduled to land at Andrews at approximately 9:50 p.m. No reason was known why the plane was returning to Washington. However, at about 9:40 p.m. the \|Command Post at Andrews advised that Base operations at Andrews had "goofed"' and the Attorney General and General Taylor were scheduled to arrive in Las Vegas around 10:10 p.m., E.S&.T. as planned. tt SAC Elson of the Las Vegas Office subsequently advised that the Attorney General had arrived in Las Vegas at approximately 11:25 p.m, E.8. T. |] Etson spoke with the Attorney General for a very short time pursuant to his request. The Attorney General is staying at the Thunderbird Hotel and the military authorities appear to be taking care of the accomodations for the Attorney General and General Taylor while in Nevada.
