The latter four will be mingling with the crowd and equipped with radios tuned to the police frequency. The Bureau cars will be tuned to that frequency, A sufficient number of Agents with cars will be assigned to cover the affair. Seven or eight Virginia State Troopers will be on the scene directing traffic and available if trouble ensues, Nally is of the opinion sufficient law enforcement personnel are available and already assigned to cover this parade on Monday; however, on 5-10-64, a meeting will be held with representatives of 211 agencies affected to iron out last minute problems. ACTION: This matter is being followed closely.
