He advised that Dean Markham, who is Executive Director of the President's Commission on Narcotics and a neighbor of the Attorney General, had reported a suspicious automobile parked in the immediate vicinity of the Attorney General's home this morning. The automobile is a 1962 Pontiac bearing Alabama license 1A58762,. It was ascertained this license is issued to a Ray DAWatt, Post Office Box 121, Mount Olive, Alabama, We have no record on 4 Watt in Bureau files. Preeker 1722 SAC Ingram of the Birmingham Office was contacted tele- VV #- phonically and he advised Watt is a 32-year-old Baptist minister who ~— is pastor of the Beechwood Baptist Church at Mount Olive, a suburb of Birmingham. Watt, who is married, with one child, has an excellent reputation. He is known to be vacationing in the Washington area and his parents are reported to reside in the same area as the Attorney General.
