October 31, 1969. The conurérc+ of tne letter contained a
single sheet of white paper with o mwetuper ohotogresh of
ROY WILKINS taped thereto, 6-1. the Uancprintirn, message was
as follows:
"Remember what. «4 did tc Mcn-AK EVERS and MARTIN
LUTHER KING,
A hot time in rell dia cur iultets to these
agitators bring;
Now, this Rictured here 1s destined
as number three,
May we remind you = —.. thet our
methods are not only accurate but very DEADLY!

Mr. MAFP advised thst Mr. WILKINS «was in Chatta-
nooga, Tennessee, on the night of Cctcter 29, 1969, for a
speaking engagement and ceparted Chattanooca, Tennessee,
on the morning of October 30, 197%, enroute +o New York
city.
