Hen USA, Chattanccgs, advised he felt the contents of this letter might possibly be a violation of Title 18, Section 876, paragraph 3, but expressed doubt as to whether or not the NAACP could be construed as se person within the purview of this statute but felt that this matter should be investigated. Local agencies advised. The Lab is requested to immediately examine and forward a summary of the results to Knoxville so that it may be included in report.
