on Constitution Day," by Alan Maz. The article quoted fron
testimony given by various individuals in a hearing before the
Senate Sub-committee on Constitutional Rights in cerenontes
observing "Constitution Day.” The article, which contatned
a photograph of Roy Wilkins, Executive Secretary of the NAACP,
commented at length on hia teatimony. It wasnoted that
Wilkins "forcefully expounded" on the violations of the Ctiuvtl
Rights of Negroes and recounted instances of such violations.
