If it ien't to much trouble I would like to have a comment from someone qualified in your dept. on this subject, I am par-— ticularly interested in the information alledged to on page 22 ” concerning Roy Wilkins, Are the allegations made true? Is or was Mr. Wilkins a Communist? Is,or was he connected in anyway _ “with the organizations mentioned? Did he make any cf the ailedged am atatements on this page? .
