Miss Bollina stated Wilkins was in Chicago to testify before a Democratid National Convention Platform Committee hearing the prior week; however, had no plans to return to Chicago during the time of the Democratic National Convention. Roy Wilkins subsequently telephonically acknowledged receipt of the alleged threat. This document contains neither recommendations nor conclusions of the Federal Bureau of Investigation.
