the hospital has recognized the union inasmuch as they did
negotiate or confer with them. Now the union is stressing
the point that the hospital should re-hire all etriking non-
professi > aoyees who have not returned to work at the

apreed to place the names of all striking nonprofessional
employees on the list of applicants at which time when positions
open, consideration will be given to employing them equally with
any other applicants.
