“Stenificant Info, On Malvo/Mi uhammad” ~ 10/24/02: .Caller believes suspect Muhammad posed as a witness to one . of the shootings at a gas station. Source thought Geraldo Rivera _ interviewed him. Claims were made on Fox T.V. that this person heard a victim.call out before he fell. The interviewee then said he went to 7-11 call “911°. This person, yet to be identified as Muhammad, stated he was “former military” but declined to give his name upon requests. The source feels this interviewee closely resembles the military picture shown of Muhammad. ° - 10/24/02: Source advises that Malvo is responsible for a double shooting occurring in the Atlanta, Georgia area (Buckhead) in which one female was murdered. Shooting was alleged to have occurred in an unknown nightclub app. 1-2 months ago. - 10/24/02: (Seel____}- Source holds knowledge of ‘John Williams’ from Tacoma, Wa. Williams (Muhammad) was a regular to his machine shop since 92°. Williams was not seen from 99° to July of 02’. Williams was accompanied by a b6 teenaged boy. In the past, Williams brought items to the source related to his b7C business (Express Auto Repair). In mid-July, Williams brought an item in that . ©75 ‘he sought to have drill holes done. That item, according to the source was a flash suppressor for a rifle that Williams indicated he had put together. When asked about it, Williams said, the recoil hurt his shoulder and the drill "holes would reduce it. Williams said he shot the gun at Ft. Lewis with a buddy. The source said he could not do the work and referred Williams to Ideal Machine Shop on 38" St., in Tacoma, Wa. Williams said he had tried to work on it himself and consulted with two other machine shops. The source thought __ Williams was anxious to get this done. The item is described as a solid piece of steel, app. 1” thick, six to eight inches in length, with a series of holes on the outer edges (app. 16 of them). The interior of the steel had been hollowed out to the app. width of a large pen. The holes on the outer edge, intersected with the interior hole.
